No templates - critical to our service is the fact that we never have and never will use templates for any of our products. How can one format fit everyone's needs - simple answer...it can't. Each and every one of our CV's are designed from scratch according to the layout and structure we feel will work best for you and your industry sector. Unlike other companies we don't even sell blank CV templates. We'll even admit to lovingly gazing at our CV creations because we are so proud of them!

The proof is in the pudding - we can give you all the sales jargon and say all the right things promoting ourselves as a leading CV writing and career development company. However, what really matters is whether our service works. We are proven in that 90% of our clients are being invited to interviews within 3 weeks of sending their new CV to prospective employers & recruiters and over 70% are receiving a job offer in less than 8 weeks of submitting their new CV to job applications.

We are not a production line - a common theme with some of the larger CV writing companies is to manufacture as many CV's as possible by having 100's of CV writers and an almost production line mentality to their business. Well, we are not a production line and don't ever intend to be. We will continue to be a small team so that we can provide a uniquely personal service and develop strong working relationships with all our clients.

Personal service - OK lots of companies promote personal service but we are particularly fussy about getting to know our clients properly - some of whom have become great friends. We don't provide you with a CV and then just move onto the next client. We continue to keep in touch with you by phone and email to see how you are getting on and provide as much support as you need at no extra cost. Part of this is of course the 4 CV updates and client catch-up calls as part of our Gold Packages, so you can apply jobs and we will ensure your CV is tailored for the different jobs you apply for.

A team of experienced industry experts - we are regular contributors to leading career resources like The Guardian Newspaper Careers site, where we are involved on an on-going basis as panellists on their career forums, in addition to writing regular articles for the Guardian Careers site and being called upon to provide opinions for the media.

We strive to save you money - in 2010 we launched our Call Anywhere Programme, which means we call our clients whether they be Free CV Review enquiries or paying clients. We call anywhere in the world on landlines and mobiles, so you don't even have to worry about the cost of a call when you use any of our services.
