Complaints Procedure:
Please direct any complaint to the by telephoning 0800 002 5124 during normal business hours. When a complaint is received, the full details will be recorded and logged. A response will be made to the customer within 5 working days.

Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 working days and advised of this. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response will be made.   

Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing.

Cancellation Policy for Purchased Services

Distance Selling Regulations shown here negate your right to cancel, as your contract commences when payment details are given by you. However we review any requests for cancellation and act on a case by case basis.
